A report of burglary/breaking and entering was investigated in the 100 blcok of South Haynes Street, July 5.

A report of destruction/damage/vandalism of property was investigated in the 300 block of East Warren Street, July 5.

Floyd Daren Mulkey, 47, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested in the 300 block of West Monroe Street and charged with driving while license barred and driving under revocation, July 6.
