Bat world at Oakland Mills
Vera Blevins from Bat World Heartland returns to the Oakland Mills Nature Center Tuesday, March 18, at 7 p.m. to talk about myths behind the creatures that “make people go batty.”
Blevins says many people are afraid of bats due to the lack of information or misinformation. She will help clear up misconceptions and bring people face to face with live bats.
The program, sponsored by Wells Fargo Advisors LLC and QP&P, is free and open to the public.
Pre-registration is appreciated but not necessary. Doors will open to the public at 6:45 p.m.
