William Kevin Springer, 49, Mt. Pleasant, identity theft, two years of probation, $625 plus court costs and surcharges.

David Howard Hudnall, 22, New London, probation violation – deferred judgment revoked, delivery of 50 kilograms or less of marijuana, five years of probation, shall successfully complete the ADDS program, shall remain in the custody of the Henry County Sheriff until there is availability in the ADDS program, court costs.

Robert Eugene Barnes Jr., 57, Salem, operating while intoxicated – third offense, five years placement in residential facility with the department of corrections, driving privileges revoked for six years, shall successfully complete a course for drinking drivers, $3,125 plus court costs and surcharges.

Timothy Ramon Beans, 33, Mt. Pleasant, conspire to deliver 50 kilograms or less of marijuana – deferred judgment, three years of probation, 80 hours of community service work, shall successfully complete a GED program, $750 plus court costs and surcharges.
