The United Church Women met at the United Church of Crawfordsville at  2 p.m. with 14 members and Pastor Jason Collier present.
The meditation was given by Ruth Erwin.  She read about a child's understanding of God and praying for others.
President Debbie Lowe called the meeting to order. Members read together the UCW opening creed.  Correspondence read by President Lowe was a Hope note from Bidwell Riverside Center and a Walk for Dignity from Iowa City Hospice. 
Thank you notes were received for a memorial gift and also a Christmas remembrance to a serviceman. WACO school nurse Jenny Kaufman thanked the group for for quilts made by Dorcas and given to the WACO Elementary School to be used by the children when ill or in certain group activities.
Local activities reports included serving a funeral luncheon. Wilma McAllister reported Dorcas has 10 school quilts and four Fellowship Cup quilts to be completed. Twelve quilts have been finished , including a Prayer Quilt to be given to a designated person. The demonstration dolls made last month have been delivered to the UIHC.
The 2014 Presbyterian Women Birthday Offering Dedication Service was presented by Clarissa Malmberg.
The Least Coin Offering prayer was recited and collection taken.
Discussion was held regarding kitchen updates as suggested by UCW members. The attic cleaning date is April 9. Sanctuary flowers for Easter will be in memory of Dean Rodgers and his family.
Upcoming events will be the UCW rummage sale to be held Thursday, April 24, from 1 to 6 p.m.; Friday, April 25 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, April 26, from 8 a.m. to noon at the United Church of Crawfordsville. Nothing will be priced, a  free-will donation will be asked for items taken. All are welcome to attend.
President Lowe announced upcoming Presbyterian Women Workshops.
Members recited the Closing Creed in unison. President Lowe closed the meeting with Scripture from First Corinthians 15:55-58.

Ten members of the White Cloud Club met with Joyce Huff on Tuesday, April 1. Those in attendance were Lennis Beichter, Julia Bletscher, Jolene Colthurst, Frieda Finke, Betty Lintz, Betty Lucas, Pat Miller, Wanda Schultz and Pauline Richardson.
President Beichter opened the meeting with two readings, "Resurrection Life" and "How Cold is It ?"'  Roll call was answered by telling of a bird looked forward to returning in the Spring.
Secretary and treasurer reports were given. Two Secret Sister gifts were shared.
The next meeting will be May 6, with Pauline Richardson and a plant and bulb exchange will be held.
Refreshments were served by the hostess and lots of fellowship was enjoyed.
