Donna Jeanne Miller Wenke, 86, rural Bonaparte, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, at her home.
A private family graveside service will be held at the Thompson Cemetery in rural Bonaparte.
Memorials may be made in her memory.

Born July 28, 1927, in Latty, she was the daughter of Walter and Mabel (Lemke) Miller. On March 2, 1946, she married Bernard John Wenke. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Bonaparte Women’s Legion Auxiliary, the Croton Ladies Aide, the Croton Community Club and the Croton Bunco Team. She worked for Sheaffer Pen, Iowa Army Ammunition Plant, Riverside Plastics and Fairfield Glove Factory. She was a volunteer at the Farmington food pantry, a camp cook for the Annual Ft. Madison Trail Ride and a 4-H Leader. She enjoyed garage sales. She also enjoyed attending craft shows, sewing and she especially loved to travel.
Survivors include her three sons, Milton Wenke of Mt. Sterling, Rex Wenke of Bonaparte and Eugene Wenke of Mt. Sterling; three daughters, Twila Billingsley of Mt. Sterling, Rita Holden of Keosauqua, and Anita Puskas of Bonaparte; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Gary Miller of Alamo, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and four brothers.
