Hammen named MP Community 1st Credit Union’s personal representative
OTTUMWA — Community 1st Credit Union has announced that Alysha Hammen has been appointed to be a personal representative at the credit union’s new Mt. Pleasant branch.
Hammen will open new accounts, loans and provide additional financial services for Community 1st Credit Union members and prospective members.
She most recently worked at Pilot Grove Savings Bank and West Chester Savings Bank as a personal banker. In her former position, she was responsible for opening accounts and carrying out the business analysis for the bank.

Pleasant branch,” President and CEO Philip Van Mersbergen said. “Alysha is a great fit for us in her new role as we continue to grow in the Mt. Pleasant area and open our new branch located on Washington Street, just east of Hy-Vee. Her excellent leadership skills and her enthusiasm will play a key role in Community 1st Credit Union’s continued growth.”
