Irma Kuntz, 93, Burlington, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at Arbor Court in Mt. Pleasant.
Visitation will be from 12 to 7 p.m. with the family to receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at Thielen Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Thielen Funeral Home with the Rev. Jim Luder officiating. Burial will be in Aspen Grove Cemetery.
Memorials have been established for Hospice of Central Iowa and Grace United Methodist Church.

Born Nov. 22, 1919, in Fairfield, she was the daughter of John Arthur and Effie Mae Heston Anderson. After her mother’s death she was adopted by Plommie Elmira Jackson. On Feb. 16, 1939, she married Marion Junior Kuntz. He preceded her in death.
She graduated from Burlington High School in 1938.
She was member of Grace United Methodist Church. She also was a member of a square dancing club and rainbow auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, people, reminiscing and sharing memories.
She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn A. Frahm of Mt. Pleasant, and Connie S. (Joseph) Thorsen of Flushing, N.Y.; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; one sister, Violet Marie Niehaus of Burlington; and two brothers, Leonard (Paula) Anderson of Burlington, and Charles “Mick” (Vera) Anderson of Middletown.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one great-grandchild; one great-great-grandchild; and one brother, Clarence William Anderson.
