James R. “Jim” Flanagan Jr., 76, of Sioux City died Wednesday, May 30, at Touchstone Living Center after a lengthy illness.

Services were to be held 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 4, at St. Boniface Catholic Church, with the Rev. Michael Erpelding officiating. Burial was to be in St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in South Sioux City. Visitation was to be June 3, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., and a vigil service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
