Janet E. Good, 80, Winfield, died Friday, March 8, 2013, at her home.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 13, at 11 a.m. at the Wapello cemetery. There will be a time of rememberance held following the service at the Winfield Area Recreation Center, located at 409 N. Clark Street.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established. All donations will go to support Winfield Fire Department and the First Responders of Winfield.
Born Oct. 26, 1932 in Wapello, she was the daughter of Chester and Stella (McGill) Calloway.
She had six children with Marvin E. Bozarth of Yarmouth. On June 2, 1984, she married William (David) Good of Burlington. They resided in Denver, Colo., Springfield, Mo., Middletown and then settled in Winfield for the last 20 years.
She was a member of the Winfield Presbyterian Church, VFW Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, word puzzles, picture puzzles, collecting Snow Babies, home shopping, watching movies and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband; her six children, Dennis (Judy) Bozarth of New London, Deborah (Robert) Habel of Marshfield, Mass., Laura (DeWayne) Mullen of Winfield, Becca (Roy) Bozarth of Clermont, Fla., Darrell (Sandy) Bozarth of Oakwood, Ga., Randy (Hiram) Bozarth of Atlanta, Ga.; her two stepsons, Terry (Ann) Good of Oneida, Ill., Tony (Daria) Good of Burlington; seven grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; 13 step-great-grandchildren and one half-brother, James Calloway.
Preceding her in death were her parents; four brothers, Charles Calloway, Walter Calloway, Neal Calloway and Bobby Calloway; one sister, Delores Calloway; and one half-sister, Sandra.
