Jeffrey Michael Vens
Raymond and Joann Vens celebrated the birth of their son, Jeffrey Michael Vens, on Dec. 30 at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.
He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long at birth.
