Linda S. Woods, 67, Libertyville, died on Friday Nov. 9, 2012 at her home.

Funeral services will be held a 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 13, at the First Presbyterian Church in Libertyville. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, Ill. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the services at the church.

She was born Dec. 20, 1944 in Mt. Pleasant. She was a 1963 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School and was a registered nurse, completing her degree at Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Nursing School in Chicago, Ill.

She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, former employee of Lake Forest Hospital, the Riverside Foundation and Lamb’s Farm. She was in the choir at the First Presbyterian Church in Libertyville.

She is survived by her son Michael (Wendy) Woods of Kenosha, Wis.; two grandchildren; and brother, Michael (Heide) Reipe.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas; and brothers, Joseph Reipe and Jerry Reipe.
