Mary Elizabeth Case
Mary Elizabeth Case, 94, Seal Beach, California and formerly of Argyle, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 2013, at the Country Villa Nursing Home in Seal Beach, Calif.
Friends may call and meet with the family from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, at Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson with the Rev. John Abraham officiating.
Burial will be held at the Oakland Sand Cemetery in Vincennes.
A memorial has been established in her memory.

She was born to Irene Ota Wilsey Jeffers and William Pearl Jeffers on Sept. 11, 1919, in Argyle. She graduated from high school in Argyle, and from The Burlington School of Cosmetology.
She married to Victor A. Case.The couple moved from Keokuk, to southern California and lived in the areas of El Monte, Baldwin Park, West Covina, and Westminster.
Aside from being a homemaker, she assisted her husband with running their own plastering contracting business. In her later years, she worked for and retired from the Whittier Unemployment Office.
She enjoyed gardening, playing games, crafting, painting, listening to music, singing, traveling and was an excellent dancer. She especially loved going with her family to the beach or the local mountain community of Crestline.
She is survived by her children, Larry Case of Clovis, Calif., Michael Case of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Linda Pansini of Huntington Beach, Calif., Joyce Brisbane of San Dimas, Calif., Victoria Bennett of Huntington Beach, Calif., Mark Case of Huntington Beach, Calif., and Janine McAllister of Upland, Calif.; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Neva Jeffers Springer and Joann Jeffers Evans.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, Gertrude Jeffers McCarty, Pearl Junior Jeffers and William Allison Jeffers.
