Richard Frank Cook, 56, Donnellson, died Saturday, April 13, 2013 at the Donnellson Health Center.
Friends may call after noon on Tuesday at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson, with the family meeting friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, at the Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home in Donnellson with the Rev. Mike Shea officiating.
Burial will be at a later date at the Revere Cemetery in Revere, Mo.
Memorials may be made to Lee County Hospice.

Born Aug. 24, 1956 at Keokuk, he was the son of Jack Christy and Mary Jane Gray Cook.
He was a 1975 graduate of Central Lee High School. He was a licensed union plumber.
He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed reading, going to car shows and the Internet.
He is survived by two brothers, Robert (Gwen) Cook of Burlington, and Roger (Theresa) Cook of Farmington; two sisters, Linda (John) Heinze of Kahoka, Mo. and Leta (Richard) Cary of Parkview.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
