Walter and Helen Schneider of Mt. Pleasant will be celebrating their 60th anniversary. They were married on March 7, 1953 in Burlington.

They will be celebrating the occasion with their family.

They are the parents of four sons, Steve (Diana) of Washington, David of Brighton, Bruce (Beverly) of Mt. Pleasant and Scott of Farmington, Minn. They have 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
