WACO drops pair of games
WAYLAND — WACO was on the short end of a pair of baseball contests Saturday.
The Warriors suffered a 15-0 loss to Harmony and were beaten 19-2 by Moulton-Udell. Both were five-inning games.
B.J. Rogers, Gabe Black and Jason Sammons all had singles against Harmony. Black was the losing pitcher.
In the Moulton-Udelkl game, Rogers’ single was the team’s lone hit. The Warriors surrendered 15 runs in the fourth to the winners.
Beau Beckler was the losing pitcher.
