Your Friend on the Front Page

What is a local treasure in Mt. Pleasant/Henry County you wish more people knew about? Our public schools contribute so much to our society in a great way and I don’t think many people really appreciate how much our educators do for our community and our kids.
Tell us something interesting about you? My mom used to work for the famous artist, Grant Wood, as a housekeeper for four years. I grew up hearing stories about Grant Wood from her.
