Amish Cook - Dorcas Raber rolls out recipes for 2017

By Dorcas Raber | Dec 28, 2016

Editor’s note: Due to the Christmas holiday, Gloria Yoder is taking time off from writing her column this week. She will return next week in her usual format.

Meanwhile, her mother, Dorcas Raber, was tending to up to 300 pounds of venison that she is freezing for 2017. The venison will be used in stews and recipes like the barbecued venison meatballs included in this week’s column. Enjoy these recipes from the Raber kitchen.
