WASHINGTON — Natasha Marie Jones, 32, of Kalona, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 1000 block of 140th Street in Wellman after allegedly trying to run over two subjects in Wellman, the Washington County Call Log reported.

The report said Jones was arrested at 3:21 p.m. after a caller in Wellman reported she had shown up at their residence and demanded money. The report said she had tried to run the caller and her husband over. The report said Jones left the scene driving a white Chevy Malibu. Officers responded.

Jones was arrested for disorderly conduct, interference with official acts and driving under suspension. Charges are pending for eluding, two counts of assault on a peace officer, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and interference with official acts.

A search warrant was later executed. The call log gave the address of the jail as the location where the warrant was executed. Charges were filed on Jones for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
