Ronnie Wayne Bailey, 64, died of a heart attack on Friday, July 4, 2014, at the Mahaska County Hospital in Oskaloosa.

He has been cremated and there will be no formal funeral services. Burial will be at a later date.

Arrangements are in the care of the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

He was born Dec. 19, 1950, in Fairfield. He was the son of David Leon and Wilma Lathrop Bailey.

He lived most of his life in Fairfield, Mt. Pleasant and Eldon areas. At the time of his death he was residing in Wright.

He worked at Perfex Manufacturing in Washington and Falco in Fairfield as well as being a bartender and cook at Chommy’s in Eldon.

He was an outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt.

Survivors include his sons, Michael Bailey of Redwood Valley, Calif. and Kevin Bailey of Wright; two sisters, Marjorie Griffin of Morrilton, Ark., and Phyllis (Mike) Bullard of Ottumwa; and one brother, David ‘Bill” (Connie) Bailey of East Pleasant Plain.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a twin sister, Bonnie; a sister, Sharon and a brother, Leroy.
