Sheriff’s department asks for public’s help in finding missing truck

The Henry County Sheriff’s office is asking for the public assistance in locating a white 2006 Dodge ¾ ton pickup allegedly stolen from the 1900 grid of Racine Avenue. It is believed that the alleged theft occurred between the early afternoon hours on Jan. 30 and 8 a.m. Jan. 31.

The truck is described as a white standard cab diesel pickup with an eight feet box and a dent in the tailgate. There was a crossover diamond patterned aluminum toolbox directly behind the cab of the truck as well as diamond patterned running boards. Also in the box of the truck was a gas powered air compressor and red-colored Snap-On brand job box. Snap-On brand pneumatic and cordless electric power tools as well as Snap-On brand hand tools were stored in the truck.
