Theresa Ann Bentzinger, 88, Goodland, Kan. and formerly of Donnellson, died Monday, March 17, 2014, at Good Samaritan Center, Sherman County in Goodland, Kan.

A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, March 21, at 10 a.m. (MDT), at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Goodland with Father Norbert Dlabal as celebrant. Burial will be held at a later date in the Evangelical Cemetery near Donnellson.

A Vigil will be held Thursday at 6 p.m. (MDT), at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Memorials may be designated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and may be mailed to Schmitz-Lynk Funeral Home, P.O. Box 56, Donnellson, Iowa 52626

She was born March 18, 1925, in Belfast, and was the daughter of Margaret (Burk) and Timothy Driscoll. On March 25, 1943, she married Clester Arthur Bentzinger. She had been a resident of Goodland since 2001, where she was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

Her hobbies included quilting, embroidery and traveling.

She is survived by her children, Dennis (Dorothy) Bentzinger of Goodland, Kan., Dyann (Donnie) Durbin of Springfield, Mo., Debbie (Bob) Shean of New Castle, Ind., Dana Bentzinger and Cindy Moore of Springfield, Mo.; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers, Tom (Alice) Driscoll of Donnellson, and Tim (Mary) Driscoll of Marengo.

Preceding her in death are her husband; infant daughter, Cheryl; a granddaughter; her parents; and siblings, Mary Ellen Knox, Margaret Hayes, Colleen Lowenberg, Agnes Roan, Patricia Hirschler, John Driscoll and Jim Driscoll.
